On 18 August 2011, Qianhai Health Holdings Limited (the “Company”), was incorporated in the Cayman Islands . The Company’s shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 27 June 2014. (Stock code:0911)

The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) is principally engaged in sale of health-care products and electronic component products.

Health-care products includes Chinese herbal medicine(likes American ginseng), skin-care and other health-care products.

Electronic component products includes central processing unit (CPU) and semi-conductor, etc.

The Group has been actively looking to diversify its revenue sources in order to bring valuable returns to the shareholders of the Company through making investments and/or acquiring businesses or projects that have promising outlooks and prospects.
